Automatic Polymer Dosing System

The fully automatic dosing device integrates automatic, continuous and integrated dispensing and dosing of agents, the device consists of a dissolved box, a dry powder dosing system, a solution stirring system, a control system and a liquid dosing system. The dry powder is premixed with water from the screw propeller at the bottom of the hopper. Then the wet material is diluted and mixed in the preparation tank and is prepared online according to the concentration required by the user. This device has the advantages of high automation degree, stable performance, reliable operation, simple menu operation, etc. It can be used to dissolve polyacrylamide (PAM), polyaluminum chloride (PAC), potassium permanganate(KMnO4) and other difficult-to-dissolve solid agents.

Process principle
The hopper of the automatic dosing device is used to store solid powder agents. The device sends the powder out according to the required liquid concentration. The feeding motor drives the spiral dry powder conveyor through a reducer driven. At the delivery outlet, powder and water enter the box through the cyclonic powder pre-dilution device, then it is diluted and matured by the prepared lattice mixer. The prepared solution is delivered to the point of use by the liquid dosing system.
